Qualifications
CEC is owned and operated by Angela Barclay. Ms. Barclay possesses a B.S. in Business Management and a B.S. and a M.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences. Ms. Barclay has 12 years of experience surveying vegetation and wildlife in Arizona and New Mexico, and she has 7 years of experience as an environmental consultant. Angela holds a U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Endangered Species Permit for cactus ferruginous pygmy-owls and Southwestern willow flycatchers, and an Arizona Game and Fish Department Scientific Collecting Permit. Ms. Barclay published the following journal article:
