About CEC

Cottonwood Environmental Consulting (CEC) was formed in 2001 to conduct endangered species surveys and habitat analyses.  CEC has expanded its services to include natural resource planning and compliance services for residential and commercial developments, utility, and transportation projects throughout southern Arizona.  Today, CEC specializes in Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, and National Environmental Policy Act compliance.
